Needs more flex posts as a minimum, people cycling or scooting around City Hall will usually take the inner lane instead.

Wayne Township, NJ passed an ordinance banning class 1 and 2 e-bikes and e-scooters on roads >25 mph. Nearly 80 percent of these 26 roads are State and County roads (full list in the Alt Text. tinyurl.com/nj-ebike-bans
This is a map of roads in Wayne, NJ of roads where e-bikes are now banned. The Township passed an ordinance (no. 61) banning class 1 and 2 e-bikes and e-scooters on roads >25 mph. The Full Email Dear Friends, Thank you to everyone who joined us at Thursday’s energetic Donor Event and to George Bochetto, our attorney, for graciously providing his office as our venue. It was a pleasure to meet so many of you, share our progress, and exchange ideas about strengthening our collective voice. We look forward to future events and hope many more of you will attend. We encourage you to read Stu Bykofsky’s column covering the evening. A central theme of the night was the power of community. Without your involvement, FOPS could not be effective. In just a year, we’ve grown from a small group gathered around a kitchen table to a professional, determined organization that has successfully slowed down the City’s misguided plan for Pine and Spruce—one that is unsafe, unnecessary, and unwanted. We’ve compelled the City to follow the law and have exposed the lack of evidence, analysis, or rationale behind installing physical barriers on our residential streets. As we said at the event, here is what we continue to ask of all our supporters: • We need your patience. This is a process. Absolutely deadly behavior causing another crash on Spruce Street at 5th st early this morning. This is on the busiest bike lane in Philly with over 1,500 riders who use it daily.

We deserve so much better than paint and flexposts, we deserve real protection.
