The reason the Trump admin dumped all the files is because it causes people to treat any record with equal weight. Trump knows what's going to stick is the tweet saying "[X] is mentioned in the files" used as a dunk on some fans, even if it's just Epstein getting a alert about a movie playing etc

This one guy and his mates were the source for a massive chunk of all that terrifying media coverage you read, and that’s been public knowledge since about 2021. It is IMO helpful for the more lib audience of Bluesky to hear about this, because you better believe standards have not improved since.
