My office recently investigated a construction employer for misclassification of workers. We found that they were violating a number of labor laws, denying workers sick time, fair wages and more.

This led to more than $160,000 in restitution for 8 workers.

While we're all excited for Super Bowl Sunday, this time can be tough for our friends who struggle with sports betting.

Know that you're not alone and help is available. Share these resources with your loved ones ahead of the game.

NEW: A judge just issued an order blocking Kalshi from offering unlawful sports betting in MA while we continue our lawsuit against them.

We're the first state to prevail against Kalshi on these legal claims - we'll keep leading the way and upholding that no big company is above the law.

VICTORY: My office reached an agreement with the Trump Admin preventing them from slashing $500 million in DEIA-related education for Massachusetts.

MA is first in the country in education for a reason; we know diversity makes us stronger. No amount of strong-arming will change that.

NEW: As the Trump Admin seeks to roll back critical elder care requirements like minimum staffing standards and onsite registered nurses, I joined a coalition taking action to fight back.

I'll always protect our elders from any actions that put their care in jeopardy.

In 2021, Bitcoin Depot’s employees estimated that 90% of their biggest customers were scam victims. That's not a coincidence; that's the result of turning a blind eye to exploitation.

You deserve transparency and integrity while handling your hard-earned money.

Our office recently recovered $102,000 in funds for two victims of crypto scams.

As scammers continue to evolve, it's more important than ever to protect yourself online. Remember that our office always has your back.

AmeriCorps has our community’s back and we’ll always have theirs.

Julia- thank you to you and your daughters for your advocacy and service.

Don’t let hidden fees ruin your appetite.

Our new junk fee regulations require that all Massachusetts restaurants clearly display the total price of food, including fees, on menus and bills.

Today, I had the honor to speak to school counselors from across Massachusetts at their annual advocacy day.

As we continue to address the mental health crisis our kids are facing, school counselors are more critical than ever. I'm grateful for all that they do.

Kids are smart - they're not blind to the cruel immigration policies impacting their classmates, families and neighbors.

While my heart is full seeing MN students show each other love and compassion, it also breaks knowing they never should have been put in this position at all.

Happy National Women in Sports Day!

Friendly reminder that my office has a program dedicated to combatting hate in school sports. We provide guidance and trainings to help schools create positive team environments.

Sports should be for everyone 🏀⚾⚽🏈

NEW: I'm suing a Bitcoin kiosk operator for knowingly facilitating crypto scams that robbed MA residents of more than $10 million.

Our data shows over half of Bitcoin Depot's Massachusetts-based revenue was scam-related. I won’t let companies enable fraud in our state.

That's right.

The MBTA Communities Act has already put 7,000 new housing units in the pipeline and we're not stopping there.
Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Campbell has filed a lawsuit against nine towns for blocking multifamily housing near transit:

Dracut, East Bridgewater, Halifax, Holden, Marblehead, Middleton, Tewksbury, Wilmington, Winthrop.

NEW: Last week, I filed a brief with the courts opposing the Trump Administration’s efforts to prolong the immigration detention of children.

As a mom, when I look at the children subject to the White House’s cruelty, I see my own boys. I won’t stand for it.

Recently, my office's advocacy got $400,000 back in illegally shared and withheld tips for 18 service workers.

I know that tips can be the difference between making rent and keeping food on the table.

I'll keep fighting to ensure Massachusetts workers bring home ALL the wages they've earned.

This is huge.

Massachusetts is home to tens of thousands of hardworking Haitian TPS recipients who enrich the culture of our state, contribute to our economy, and help ensure we meet the needs of elders and patients in our health care and elder care industries - this victory belongs to them.
BREAKING: Judge Ana Reyes, in DC, issues a stay of DHS Sec. Noem’s decision to end Haiti’s temporary protected status (TPS) designation, a decision that was to go into effect on Tuesday and could have ended legal status for up to 350,000 people overnight. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
