Wife. Mama. 45th Attorney General of Massachusetts. She/her.
These grants would reduce pollution, create thousands of green jobs, expand access to clean vehicles, and help us meet our state climate goals.

Gutting that funding is a direct threat to our environmental future and economy. We’re suing.

H-1B visas help U.S. employers fill critical staff shortages in our schools, hospitals, and research institutions.

I won't stand by as the Trump Administration imposes a massive fee hike that harms our residents and economy.
December 13, 2025 at 6:15 PM
Utility rates are too high - and it's Massachusetts residents who are suffering.

I'll keep using every tool available in my office to get families much needed relief on their bills.

Did you get this notification recently? That’s our office working to make sure you know where your money is going.

Our junk fee regulations are increasing transparency and keeping more money in Massachusetts residents’ pockets.

Massachusetts Renters, stay warm this winter. It's your right.
December 3, 2025 at 4:54 PM
NEW: We just received a court order that will prevent the Trump Administration from blocking Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood health centers as we continue our lawsuit in court.

We won't stop fighting until this admin keeps their hands off our health care.

Young people: your experiences matter. Your voices matter. Keep speaking up and making good trouble.

If you feel like you're getting scammed, the AG's office is here to help.

The heart of our work comes from the communities who inform it.

This Thanksgiving, our office is thankful for the chance to serve, collaborate, and learn alongside you.
November 27, 2025 at 11:16 PM
Happy Thanksgiving, Massachusetts!

Today, and every day, I’m grateful to be your Attorney General.

The Trump Administration is continuing to play politics with hunger and abandoning their responsibility to feed people - this time unlawfully targeting SNAP benefits for our immigrant communities.

We're fighting back and suing.
November 26, 2025 at 7:18 PM
Massachusetts and communities across the country are facing a housing crisis.

Instead of offering support, the federal government is placing unlawful conditions on permanent housing and project renewals that our most vulnerable residents rely on to survive. We're suing.

Today, I testified at the State House to support a bill to close loopholes in our civil rights laws & combat hate in Massachusetts.

Hate incidents have been on the rise - we must ensure we have every tool available to make our state a place where EVERYONE feels safe and welcome.

Transgender Day of Remembrance was founded to honor Rita Hester, a Black trans woman murdered in Boston.

Today, we remember Rita and all of our trans siblings who have lost their lives to transphobic violence.

I will never stop using this office to fight for ALL our residents.

Yesterday I sat down with tenants & organizers who've worked to expose the uninhabitable conditions at Springfield Gardens.

Our office’s investigation secured a $10M settlement, providing tenants $7.5M in rent forgiveness and ensuring that Schweb Partners will never act as landlords in MA.

I’m joining 20 other state AGs urging the USDA to correct misleading information on SNAP benefits that clearly targets immigrant communities.

We will keep calling out the Trump Administration's unlawful attempts to keep families from putting food on the table.
November 19, 2025 at 6:41 PM
Instead of supporting students, teachers, and schools, the Trump Administration tried to terminate critical educational learning loss and recovery funding.

So, we fought back and reached an agreement that prevents the federal gov from revoking this funding.
November 17, 2025 at 7:18 PM
In October alone, my office helped return nearly $800,000 to Massachusetts workers.

We’re fighting to make sure that companies follow our labor laws and that every worker gets the wages they’re owed.
November 13, 2025 at 10:16 PM
Last week, I joined a coalition of state AGs calling on the EPA to not end the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program – a step that would jeopardize public health and the environment.

We will do everything we can to keep this important data states and businesses need to plan for emission reductions.

Don't mess with our health care.

I was proud to stand with @pplm.org and @alexismjpp.bsky.social today to rally against dangerous attacks by the Trump Administration to defund Planned Parenthood and attack access to sexual and reproductive health care for millions of Americans.
November 12, 2025 at 9:14 PM
I had the chance to visit La Colaborativa in Chelsea today — where staff and community partners are on the front lines helping families put food on the table while the federal government abandons them.

I’m proud to be leading the fight to protect SNAP benefits for our most vulnerable residents.
November 10, 2025 at 11:47 PM
The chaos and confusion from the Trump Administration must stop.

My office will keep fighting back against this Administration’s effort to shortchange the programs our children, elders, veterans, and residents with disabilities rely on.
November 9, 2025 at 9:22 PM
The Trump Administration continues to resist its responsibility to feed our residents. Every day they delay, families are at risk of going hungry.

We're urging the court to hold them accountable and deliver full benefits to the millions of Americans who rely on SNAP.
November 7, 2025 at 6:41 PM
HUGE WIN: A federal judge has ordered that full SNAP benefits be restored to millions of Americans.

This ruling gives families back their peace of mind — and their dignity. We’ll keep fighting to protect the food security of every resident across this Commonwealth.
