As an African, I can promise you that USAID shutting down isn't the reason why Africans are suffering. It's fucking imperialism. WESTERN CAPITALISM, IMPERIALISM, AND GENOCIDE. And USAID is a predatory arm of the CIA that has carried out countless colour revolutions in Socialist nonwestern countries.
