I can't wear hoodies without a zip. They're a sensory annoyance. The hood weighs and pulls the shirt back a little, I'm always having to pull the shirt down by the collar. And the hood is on the way when I wear a jacket + scarf.

Autism question! Does anyone have any good links/resources for, like, what to *do* when you're diagnosed autistic? How to examine your thinking/beliefs, work out what masking is, learn self compassion etc etc? Broad question, but I really should do something with this knew self knowledge.

A very dangerous security vulnerability found in Android -update your software.
It allows the phone to be hijacked for use by attackers. Antivirus etc won't help.
Unless your software security patch is a Nov date:
-Turn on Google Play Protect
-Completely turn off wifi on phone

So I really did experience an electric shock in my head(!) a while ago as I went for a nap, I thought I probably dreamt it. I was worried of falling asleep as I wondered if there was something wrong in my brain, so I was fighting sleep. It was all weird.
