I’m not even trying to dunk on Rand Paul here; I’m genuinely curious what he thinks his point is. If Amazon or Costco or literally any company can offer private healthcare cheaper than insurance companies do, that would be great. CAN they? Do they WANT to? Has Paul detailed ANY part of that?
