Submitted something by deadline 😖 reviewers will be like "was that supposed to be a sentence?" and "no argument found" but maybe the pretty images will be enough for them to let me polish it up later. sigh academia.

These mushroom dumplings with wilted napa turned out super tasty. Thank you @qsyami.bsky.social! I won't show my dumplings because the wrappers were a bit too dry to fold pretty, but the batch in my freezer will be great for soup.
Minced mushrooms (I usually use shiitakes), scrambled eggs, just enough firm tofu to kind of bind it all together - seasoned, shallots and scallion, and vermicelli chopped into small segments. Sautee it all together with white and black pepper, a bit of salt, and sesame oil to taste.
