In case you were wondering where your favorite nihilistic web-comic archives had gone.
S*P had to move hosts. The previous host used a wordpress template that's no longer available, so I couldn't just drop everything in. So I have to go through and add every comic on its own.

And that's a lot of comics.

And, as is, I'm trying not to lay face down in traffic.
@choochoobear.bsky.social Sorry if you've been asked this a million times, but I looked around for information and couldn't find it.

What happened to the Something Positive archives?

The worst I ever got were a small handful of these. I swear they were smuggled out of Italy in someone's armpit.

Meanwhile, it looks like the Zuck has decided to pull out of this particular race. What's odd is that he just plumped down $27 billion to create another datacenter in low-regulation Louisiana. Perhaps he plans to use someone else's AI tool on FB's data?

I gave up watching American football in 2016. I used to love the strategy, tactics, and athleticism. But the evidence that it destroys brains became too conclusive.

Sadly, one set of destroyed brains becomes murderous.

I am not one of those people who enjoy "immersive" theatre. If you like/love it, bully for you. To me, it's an evening of frustration and being _way_ too close to people.

So I did not need to learn that there is now an immersive version of "The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy". Dare I try it?

So… since we pretend like we don’t care about being the forgotten generation but really are filled with angst without it… what are our most GenX gripes?

I’m at the stage of complaining about teenagers never leaving their houses and getting into trouble like my friends and I did.

I need everyone to know that there’s a guy in Toronto who white girl dances to Kesha & he now gets recognized in public. People are ELATED about joining and it is just the best thing.

if only we had a recent example of what it looks like when the mainstream media decides the president's mental state leaves them no choice but to bury him in an avalanche of negative coverage.
Major media seem flummoxed about what to do when Trump shares a fake video of Obama getting arrested. Maybe they think the options are A) take the bait, or B) ignore it. But there's a 3rd option: Gather all the crazy examples and write big, loud stories about how the president is mentally unhinged.

Superman (1978): You will believe a man can fly.

Superman (2025): You will believe the most powerful man ever is fundamentally good. And whose strongest epithet is "Golly!", which he delivers unironically.

The only happy fireworks dog.
This is Mariner. He was born completely deaf, which means he gets to enjoy fireworks with all the sparkle and none of the boom. 13/10

Sunday starts with local favorites, the Skidmore Jazz Institute Faculty All Stars.

Their students are paying for their day passes by sitting up front for this set.
