The worst I ever got were a small handful of these. I swear they were smuggled out of Italy in someone's armpit.

Eighty years ago today, a suicide occurred which prompted the US Army newspaper, "Stars and Stripes", to quell rumors by confirming the story in an "Extra" edition a couple of days later. (It didn't help that the Red Army, already in Berlin, was spreading many different accounts.)
