I am fully aware the world is awful, and we should be paying attention. But my feed on here is *absolutely* demoralizing.

Anyone care to drop their good news below? Small or big. It doesn’t erase the bad, but I know there’s good people out there doing good things in the midst of this mess.

someone called AI summaries "mansplaining as a service" and now I can't unthink that.
I'm sick of this tiresome equivalence of AI aggregated information and the concept of being educated. It would be more accurate to equate AI with someone who's read up on lots of things without really understanding it but is unable to admit they don't know something. And I'm a software dev!
