After past actions they’ve also gotten taken to court, and ADAPT is made up of people from all over the country so in addition to legal fees there’s travel expenses back and forth from DC, etc.

on the population. I’m not a believer that labor is the driver of a person’s value or deservingness of income, but that’s a whole other aside. I don’t think equal distribution would grind things to a halt tho. At least not for long. Interesting thought experiment for sure.

Interesting. Re: the comment, that money wouldn’t be enough for a lifetime. People would still need income of some kind eventually, and investing in American markets only works if American companies are profitable. Labor produces that profit. Which one could argue would put more equal labor demands
