The actual university issues get lost with the attention on football, and the issues need to be discuss when football media discuss the new commitment to football. They aren't disconnected.
Sorry to get all sensitive when the timeline dunks all over ol' alma mater but other than the football success it's been a frustrating time to be an IU alum between this, the trustee board mess, cutting back academic programs, and the failed attempt to censor the student paper.
