Um, do federal prosecutors *really* want to take the position that it's not okay to receive something of value from … Qatar?

I can think of 747 reasons why they shouldn't. 🤔

For generations, people around the world have used color to show collective strength in the face of oppression. The #NoKings movement is no different. Yellow is our shared signal, bright, bold and impossible to ignore, a reminder that America's power belongs to our people, not to kings.

So gross!

Before Buckley v Valeo, the FEC had two commissioners appointed by the Senate, two by the House, and two by the President.

SCOTUS broke that system; now all six are appointed by the President. And that’s allowed one party to break the FEC.

Dems will be too scared to speak as R’s tighten their grip on fear and use today to justify calling anyone who dissents a domestic terrorist, even when there are no confirmed details of the shooter’s motive. Kirk’s career was built on hate and division. Don’t be afraid to say it.
