The right claims to care about children and yet yesterday children getting shot at school has not even been mentioned by anyone outraging over charlie kirk. It's as if only the lives of conservative white men matter. Not children, not Melissa hortman, not Paul pelosi.

I finished Matt Haig's The Life Impossible this weekend. Explaining to my husband the premise of the book makes it sound absolutely insane. I wont spoil it, but if the jacket said what it was about in more detail, I probably wouldn't have read it. So good on Matt for keeping his jacket vague 5/5star
