I think my uni GPA was like 3.2 or 3.4 but I failed chem 102 and had to retake it over the summer
it was either fail chem 102 or fail calculus and I really didn't want to take calc over the summer
then I aced child psychology (301) without even being a psych major lolol.

Lol. My college GPA was 2.8 (exactly what it was in high school) because I would do well in classes I liked and do poorly in classes I didn't give a shit about. So a) not THAT much of an outlier, I have to say, b) I suspect this is classic ADHD brain at play here.
The F on your transcript is a statistical outlier and should be ignored.

Chatting with the medical assistant & we have strangely similar stories: PCOS, infertility issues, type 2 diabetes. She's only a year younger than me.
She wound up having 3 girls, two with IUI and one without treatment.
Very personable, I like her.
