I have been to many crime scenes, protests, riots and police shootings in my career and I’ve never seen a cop in an actual heated situation filming with their phone. This guy wasn’t fearing for his life; he was filming content.
Nothing says being in fear for your life like having your phone out to get the content while your gun is still holstered.

A friend in Minneapolis just sent me this video. Looks like thousands have come together for a vigil after an ICE agent shot and killed 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good. This was my neighborhood for several years before coming to Portland.
