When the high is 80 and it feels super pleasant and mild, you know you’re coming off a summer in south Texas.
I know it’s a political hellhole, but it’s often a beautiful place.

It's officially fall, y'all. Finally had my annual "I Screwed Up Bad and/or Horrendous First Day" teaching dream. Slept through the whole day and didn't call in, which I never did. So why do I nonetheless feel guilty?
