Ironic isn’t it? Had an ICE thug been hurt at the very same location 5 minutes earlier, Alex would have dropped everything to save his life.

But 5 minutes later….

The killing of Alex Pretti is a heartbreaking tragedy. It should also be a wake-up call to every American, regardless of party, that many of our core values as a nation are increasingly under assault.

I beg people to follow Stephen. He knows more about guns and gun policy/law than anyone on this site. He probably has a different view of the Second Amendment than you do, but/and he despises the current administration. He understands conservatives better than most of us and he plays it straight.
A completely insane take.

Also, guess what gun ICE issues to it's officers? That's right, the same Sig P320 Pretti was carrying.
From the NY Post. You know they are really scrambling when they are running "The gun was no angel" stories.

Federal judges will be watching this.

Head of the FBI commenting publicly on the Alex Pretti shooting and with prejudicial statements that show flagrant bias.
BARTIROMO: There is outrage across the country that there is another killing. Someone is dead at the hands of Border Patrol. What can you tell us?

KASH PATEL: You do not get to attack law enforcement officials in this country without any repercussions. We not messing around.

“Shot dead” is passive. “murdered” names the actor. Words matter, especially when the state is pulling the trigger.

“It’s irresponsible to call this murder. Innocent until proven guilty.”

Proposed response: “I agree that they should be prosecuted for murder.”

Exactly. Report the facts. One of the most striking facts here are the lies. And they are lies. Intentional lies.
Journalists, please remember that repeating obviously false statements is not balance or fairness. It is actively participating in deception.

Today it was granted ex parte

assess the victim.

At first, the ICE agents wouldn't let me through. ... But none of the ICE agents who were near the victim were performing CPR, ... None of the agents were helping him."
