I'm really grateful for the Lucifer (the Netflix show) fandom. I found the show when I was at a really rough point in life. I was stuck at home with an infant in a place where I had no friends and was going a bit crazy. Finding the show and then finding the fandom threw me a lifeline

Discomfort is not harm, and if you're made uncomfortable by the work of a total stranger who does not know you exist, you can just process on your own and move on. You do not need to make it anyone's "fault" and no one needs to be "held accountable" for it.

If you dislike something or it makes you uncomfortable, that’s okay! But you don’t need to let the creator know. You don’t need to let anyone know, honestly. You can just ignore it and move on with your life. Fandom is about enjoying the things you like, not bashing the things you hate.
