The second sexiest thing a publisher can do is have a list of which publicists are working on which titles so I know who to talk too. That's because the sexiest thing that a publisher can do is hire enough people so Marketing & Publicity has multiple staff members.

Seriously. If there's one thing publishing at any level needs more of it's people: more people working, more people paying attention, more people moving with intention. Not the convenient, the quick, the slop.

Very weird to see writers cheering for A.I. audiobooks. This is the same horrible machine that they want to replace YOU. Audiobook narrators are your peers.
