He was elected president, and as president, his highest duty is to ensure that the laws of the land be executed faithfully. His job is to uphold the constitutional order, not tear it down and remake it in his image.

Disney, a famously litigious corporation, should handle the Jimmy Kimmel situation the same way they handle every other legal matter: Nexstar and Sinclair for breach of contract until Kimmel is back on the air and sue the FCC into submission.
