As all this disgusting Epstein shit starts surfacing more and more, I hope we don't lose sight of the fact that apparently every major media outlet knew everything and instead spent their time money and energy attacking the trans community.

sigh. already i'm having a sinking feeling about spanberger. guv-elect, and she's going with sternly-worded skeets?

My takeaway from every new Epstein revelation is that some powerful people victimized many powerless young women, many more knew, some actively enabled it--and we're still being told that MeToo and accountability for sexual violence have gone too far

i spent way too much time doing doc review to go digging through the epstein files.

i'm totally happy to grab some popcorn for the occasional hot doc, though.

oh, come on. i spent a big chunk of yesterday reading the IPCA report on the mcskimming debacle, and i wake up to epstein?

this is at least 50% more scandal than i can handle before coffee.

bill bailey performing a kraftwerk-inspired german rendition of "the wheels on the bus" is, hands down, the funniest thing i've seen this year.

I think voters at large will very likely have trouble remembering details of chuck schumer selling out the aca by nov 2026. also I think in the next three months you're gonna see a lot of unlikely folks stopping by the dsa table at various no kings events

The coordinated nature of this—none are facing voters in 2026—means that either Schumer approved it or failed in his job as Senate Majority Leader to stop it.

Dems voting "no" get zero credit until they demand a change in leadership. Schumer out as Leader, Durbin out as Whip.
so currently defectors are:

Kaine (2030)
Shaheen (Retiring)
Hasan (2028)
Fetterman (2028)
Durbin (Retiring)
CCM (2028)
Rosen (2030)
King (2030)

My family has been without half our income for 40 days. It has been.. very hard.

We are willing to feel that pain so people can have health care next year, or to undo these illegal recissions.

We are not willing to have been put through this for NOTHING.
