In context of the button panel (which you only get to see if you click through the page of the whole comic), I imagine Mel Brooks dressed up as a sasquatch (with enormous feet of course) saying, "OY!"

Because this was made 4 years ago, they couldn't have forseen AI OREOS!

(they glub when you dunk them in milk and scream as you eat them, unless you dunk them til they drown. Then they're silent.)
if you’ve never seen the skit this is from, it’s sublime

you’re welcome

My modest more southern Northern Lights (which are two hours south of @nateroyah.bsky.social ) even though he lives in a area chock full of light pollution.

First time I've ever seen pink though. Obviously it wasn't this vibrant with the naked eye.

The only thing the writers need to remember when they're writing the next James Bond movie when it comes to "continuity".

yes yes we all know about the Edmund Fitzgerald, rest her soul, but did you know about the ship laden with explosives that sank in the mouth of the Thames in 1944 and could explode at any minute and which attempts to disarm keep failing

One thing I was really surprised about today was that Leo Moracchioli never did a cover of The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald.

Then I realized it's been a bit since he posted anything to youtube. Like over a year.

Searching revealed he's been on tour, so it's good that he's doing okay.

Dear WWE.

You've lost your way. The spectacle is EVERY bit as important as the match itself.

Bobby Roode is a good wrestler, but good + GLORIOUS!??? = $$$$$$$$$$$$$

And they did THIS in NXT and he never got the choir entrance on the big show? MADNESS.

This couldn't possibly be the actual building, correct? It looks like they took over an abandoned Circuit City or something?

The cutter cutter recipe blogs have started detecting the adblocker on Malwarebytes and telling me I should turn it off.

So you, the owner of the site, are 100% guaranteeing me that ads served on your site will contain no malware and fix any problems that arise? No?

I guess I don't use your site.

So now we just have to rely on
1) The GOP keeping their word about a vote on ACA.
(I will eat my hat if this actually happens. Remember, it's a nacho sombrero)

2) The House even taking it up.

I am not holding my breath.

On this eve of fifty Novembers
the winds still howl
the bell still tolls.

My breath turns heavy
as we drift into the long cold night.
The Fitzgerald stirs beneath.

I harbor their echoes
and cradle her steel.

My waves bear the sorrow
of all I have taken.

Any bill that reopens the government HAS TO include extending ACA AND SNAP benefits.

You can not trust them.

I haven't been to church outside of a wedding or funeral in YEARS, though I was dunked in a lake at church camp.

No, I don't live in Chicago.

If I did, my grandmother (RIP) would be ashamed of me if I didn't march down to Broadview with a gardening kneepad thing and get down on my knees right away

There is nothing that warms my heart more than seeing billionaires throw their money away.

Just a bit of advice, folks would like billionaires a lot more if they took that (does addition) a little more than $22.6 million dollars and fill food banks, fund libraries, or pay their employees.
