Many of the musicians, filmmakers, writers, performers and behind-the-scenes people on the projects you ingest on a daily basis have lost everything. The list is extraordinary and does not have any specific demographic. Hard-working creatives, many of whom did not have fire insurance, are impacted.
I’m not sure who I feel worse for, the people who saw this and cared that you were dying and got upset like me or you.

There are secret deal yes votes, but there’s never a no vote. There’s always a string attached, we only found out what the string is when it’s too late.

The whole bill is a nightmare, but this is still a win. And we post the wins.
In a stunning reversal, the Senate voted 99-1 this morning to strip from Trump's big bill a 10-year moratorium on state-level AI regulations.

The most American thing a person can do is to vocally disagree with the status quo because the law allows us that freedom. People who try to come for that freedom should be very concerned.
Fascists are panicking.
Here’s Rep Andy Ogles saying Zohran joining Dem Socialists is what should get him deported 🤔, calling it “communist” and “anti-American” (very McCarthyist!)

Reminder: MLK touted Democratic Socialism👇🏽

Ogles says “even if we can’t ‘GET’ this guy, it creates a template” —for fascism?

This list is also very good. ‘The Lives Of Others’ needs a rewatching.
I said what I said. But ask me tomorrow, and I might say something different. Except "The Lives of Others" will always be there at the top.
