We welcome @governor.ny.gov’s
legislation barring local law enforcement from assisting in fed immigration enforcement, but let’s be clear: New York for All would be the only legislation to accomplish this.

Even with the Gov’s ban, ICE can still informally collaborate w/ local law enforcement. 🧵

As usual, @senatorharckham.bsky.social is absolutely right. If we're talking about affordability, we need to talk about more solar. NOT ignoring the state's Climate Law with this ludicrous all-of-the-above approach and radioactive false solutions.

It, of course, isn't in Hochul's power to remove Noem or Bovino. These are just words.

Support New York For All to stop NY collaboration with ICE, and Hochul has taken an actual action.

That's what crisis demands--action, leadership. Not performance.
Secretary Noem has forfeited her right to lead. I’m calling on her to resign.

Gregory Bovino must also be fired.

No one, not an ICE agent, not a federal officer, not a president, is above the law.

We need real leadership and a plan to tax the rich to fund the needs of working families, not more empty platitudes.
