So far we have several mutations, a character who’s been bitten by a vampire, some delicious drinks, and THREE TANK FIGHTS… and we’re still a month from game day!

Pile on the chaos for Team Sensible Shoes, and help us help the kids!

Thanks Phil!

A question to all with knowledge re Pure Maths: if you were to teach in a curriculum that only allowed positive statements (proofs only, no counterexamples) for the course, how long until someone asks "but what about this special case?"

When did John Laws reincarnate into Steve Laws?
The ever-more radcalised Elon Musk regularly shares content from Steve Laws.

Laws leads breakaway faction quitting Homeland for its leader only supporting the voluntary, not forced repatriation of British-born minorities

As an Advanced Rigger qualified person, I have to remind people regularly that a LOT of laws are written in blood.

That means that too many people had to die or get maimed before the thing was outlawed.

Not being illegal yet does not mean safe.

Had to google a really specific tax question.

Found what ended up being a *very* wrong and *very* specific answer ('report amount on line XX') on an auto-generated AI slop page.

It was, of course, the wrong advice (the value is not reported).

This is ... actually pretty dangerous.

Visiting Hiroshima in the snow on January 29th - after I’d spoken to a friend just laid off from USAID, and after nine days of repulsive news about the evil intentions of Trump and Musk - was an intense and rage-inducing experience.

Never again, you demons. Never again.
