Very sad that I felt I had no choice but to resign from The Infinite Monkey Cage - a victory for the transphobes and other bigots - I did it because so much of the media has chosen to believe the kind and empathetic people are a fiction - they are real and so often unrepresented.

Not sure the point of deporting hard working people who fled awful conditions in their own countries and are caring for the sick, elderly, and paralyzed, not only harming our own economy, but vulnerable people who rely on this assistance.

In all fairness to Alex I think he worked with the culture that was already there but lacked the nous or the finesse to even pretend it wasn't happening. I think his vile, overblown sense of entitlement may have done us all a favour in the medium term.
