This is the story, not some both sides bull sh*t that gives equal weight to the DHS lie. It took the NYT a few tries to get here but it did. Other news outlets need to be just as blunt & honest. That goes for Sunday shows, etc. Do journalism, not propaganda. Alex Pretti deserves it, we demand it.

Europe's response should be simple. The US is not granted use of any territory in tarrifed country from the moment that any such tarrif is applied. That's all US bases, etc.

Europe's response should be simple. The US is not granted use of any territory in tarrifed country from the moment that any such tarrif is applied. That's all US bases, etc.

Please don't put muzac on whilst speaking... It's not only unnecessary, some folks struggle to separate the sounds, making it hard to concentrate on the spoken words. I realise this has become a popular thing to do, and whilst it helps create 'mood' in a film, it's a shit thing to do whilst talking.

In an ocean of awful news, we must savour the outstandingly good news like this. By appointing a superbly intelligent and persuasive lady with impeccable credibility, Zelensky shows that he values the interests of his country, not his own. What a contrast to mob boss, Don "Old Trump."
I wrote a non-fiction book about a card game (Commander) a few years ago because there wasn't one in print and I like having info in one place. It's not a money maker, but I've just had a record sales month with 23 copies sold, and many of the reviews still make me smile. If you can, write a book.
