Oh no. Maybe next year.
If you've prepared your Christmas tree properly, by now it should be:
- humming softly
- vibrating slightly
- levitating a little
- wreathed in Eldritch flame
- whispering dark incantations to summon ancient elves

This is sweet ♥️
When a few Canada Post employees in Vancouver started answering letters to Santa in the early-1970s, it eventually led to the most famous postal code in Canada.
H0H 0H0.
Each year, thousands of letters to Santa from around the world are answered.
This is the story.

You can be anything you want.
Be the thing in the swamp.
Be the witch in the bog.
Be the ghost in the attic.
Be the horror in the forest.
Be the light in the darkness, drawing travelers towards their inevitable and messy doom.

One of the really funny things about portrayals of the Medieval period that have every peasant wearing brown and black is those colors were actually really expensive compared to blues, reds, and yellows

I don’t know, I’m almost 2 decades older, and they seem pretty relatable to me 🤷🏻‍♀️
Truth or Dare:

ONCE AGAIN I have felt like shit for a couple days only to realize the temperature has fluctuated about 20 degrees each way and my water intake has been down at “crawling through the Sahara chasing mirages” levels.

As Canada builds an innovation economy around “defence” (to the aspirational tune of 5% of GDP) we’re going to be confronted with a lot of these awful transactions.

Revisiting a framework for assessing the social, political and ethical dimensions of defence spending and trade might be in order.
