I will vote No on the measure to fund ICE, because I do not support writing a blank check to a broken agency. ICE's budget was already tripled in last year’s Medicaid cuts bill.

1/The law requires a judicial warrant based on probable cause signed by a judge to enter a home or private area in a biz (not an administrative one signed by an “immigration authority” ie a DHS employee). This is clearly unlawful conduct. ICE can’t change the law just because it doesn’t like it.

Good suffered three bullet wounds. Two were not life-threatening, according to the autopsy. The third "struck her on the left side of her head near the temple, and exited on the right side of her head." Seems that had to be either shot #2 or # 3 which Ross fired when he was not in danger's way.
