I’m back. And I’d like to thank the Republicans for whatever ways they disrespected MTG. The presser with the Epstein Victims today was epic and I look forward to the days to come.
Epstein survivors say they’re compiling their own client list.

“We know who abused us. We saw who came and went. This list will be survivor-led—for survivors”

Ugh.
Justice delayed is justice denied.

The Senate should have convicted (blame: McConnell).
The DOJ should’ve brought a case within a few months (blame: Garland).
Garland should’ve been replaced (blame: Biden).
The courts should’ve allowed the case to proceed quickly (blame: Supreme Court).

My disappointment in Merrick Garland is unparalleled… I realized I don’t know enough about him. I witnessed him prosecute the Oklahoma City bombers and thought that was enough. I was wrong. Very wrong.
I’m not sure what was worse: that Merrick Garland couldn’t bring himself to prosecute Trump on his own and felt he had to bring in a special counsel as cover, or that he waited so long to do it that Smith never got Trump inside a courtroom.

History won’t be forgiving to Garland.
Jack Smith resigns from DOJ
The special counsel's departure was disclosed in a court filing submitted Saturday afternoon to U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon.

Here's the guy who: lied to FBi & Congress @ Ukranian payoffs to Joe & Hunter Biden, invented grounds to impeach Joe & later plead to related federal crimes! (More on the way)

Today he was sentenced to 6 YEARS for his "transgressions." That's NOT a slap on the hand.

Bets on when HE gets pardoned?

It was honor to contribute my expertise to this report. As we look upon the fires of the #PasadenaPalisades in horror, please remember that the burning of an ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD happened in #Tulsa in 1921 and it was neither an “act of God” nor “a force of nature,” but racial hatred and envy. #USDOJ
The Tulsa Race Massacre was not committed by an uncontrolled mob but was the result of “a coordinated, military-style attack” by white citizens, the Justice Department said in a report. It was the first time the U.S. government has given an official account of the 1921 massacre of Black residents.
Tulsa Massacre Was a ‘Coordinated, Military-Style Attack,’ Federal Report Says
The Justice Department’s conclusion follows an investigation of the 1921 atrocity in Oklahoma in which up to 300 Black residents were killed.

CNN interviewed more than a dozen experts, and they said that no fire hydrants would have been able to stop the LA wildfires with the high winds. “I don’t know a water system in the world that is that prepared for this type of event,” said one expert.
No ‘water system in the world’ could have handled the LA fires. How the region could have minimized the damage | CNN
Widespread destruction from the L.A. fires was inevitable, given the drought and winds. Still, the region could have been better prepared.

“About one-in-five Americans – including a much higher share of adults under 30 (37%) – say they regularly get news from influencers on social media.”

Most of these influencers are men and most are right-wing, with TikTok being the exception.
