Too few people realize that widespread knowledge of Nazi death camps came very late. Many who escaped Nazi death camps took on great risk to warn others, and were not always believed.
The ICE camps are concentration camps. They should be called concentration camps.
It is, of course, important to distinguish between concentration camps and death camps, but also, I am not sure we will know when or if we undergo the transition from concentration camps into death camps.

It would be some kind of ironic if the NYT attempted ratfuck turned into a lot of people having a new understanding of refugee and diaspora complexity and a new feeling about What Even Is Citizenship Anyway
Worth noting also that this line of attack only works because of racism yes, but also because of Americans’ general disinterest in learning about the world outside their own.

i’m about to come into an SSD and a sturdy thumb drive to store all my files on which means I can start writing again 😇🤧😭 im so excited!! I have a 9 story collection of post humanist horror to finish, a clifi short I’d like to release with a future comic, and a MASSIVE comic script to finish
