Solar conditions are what they are, radio blackouts etc…but there’s usually a beginner looking to make a contact out there somewhere.

This #ParksOnTheAir park doesn’t get a lot of CW love! Despite someone intentionally jamming me for a long time I had a solid time playing radio outside. Worked Japan and the East Coast from CA.

POTA at Sand Harbor State Park, Nevada side of North Lake Tahoe.
Beautiful park, terrible propagation with a mountain directly blocking the East. Looks like it was designated a POTA entity just months ago.
