I was inspired to draw 𝘌𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘭𝘮𝘢 𝘥𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘪 ♂, also known as the "Cheshire cat wasp" for its unique and odd pattern of striations on the head/face, resembling a large grin when viewed from the front. This wasp is a member of the Neanastatidae, formerly placed as a subfamily of Eupelmidae. These are parasitoids or hyperparasitoids of fly or beetle larvae.

A black wasp on a leaf. It is about 6mm long with branched antennae. The antennae resemble the metal parts on an umbrella if the umbrella gets turned inside out by the wind.

Not a tiny bird's nest, this cute little mossy cup is the remains of a green lacewing cocoon!

A tenebrionid beetle with the samurai helmet of a Byrsax but the rectangular physique of a Bolithotherus. It also appears to have a dust ruffle around the lateral pronotal and elytral margins.
