As someone who has seen several videos: you cannot see the victim. There is no blood and gore, etc. What you can see is the officer going up to her SUV, saying “Get out of the fucking car!”, and then, as she tries to pull away (never putting him in any danger), opening fire.
FYI, on the Minneapolis shooting video: Bluesky hasn't taken it down. It's been labeled as "graphic media" so that people can avoid it if they choose.
