Outside of last year, this guy has been running his teams' defenses since at least 2013 and I'm not sure any of them have even been average. Even if he's just a sounding board for Saleh, feels like the Titans could have done so much better

My prediction for NYG OC at this point would be Jim Bob Cooter, and depending on his contract status with the Panthers, Jim Caldwell being brought on as a "senior assistant/consultant." Would give Harbaugh the experienced playcaller he seems to prefer along with a shared connection from his past
