This is the best thing I have heard about the parks experience: “Focus on the guest experience, and the money will come not far behind. Focus on the money, the experience goes away.”
I mean, one thing Eisner did for Disneyland and Walt Disney World was truly make it about guest experience- and that's what made the parks successful, for all of Eisner's other gaffs. Focus on the guest experience, and the money will come not far behind. Focus on the money, the experience goes away.
