Finally tried a Sugar Plum.
Didn't realize it's more about dried apricots more than plums. It was good. Pretty sweet.
Dried apricot, plum, nuts, and a cherry.
Forgot to take a good photo of it unwrapped from the foil so I grabbed a product shot from the Andy's Orchard website.

It’s like looking up at your tall friend.
I didn't know Eddie Sotto too well. The personable interactions he shared via social / interviews gave you a peek behind the Walt Disney Imagineer title. I am grateful to have met him in person. He left a deep impression with me and will be greatly missed by many.

It’s incredible how much work went into the creation of Walt Disney: A Magical Life at Disneyland.
What began as a spark of an idea while touring the WD office at the Studios turned into a 7-year journey involving multiple “moonshots”
