So the Medicare weight loss drugs coverage thing. The Biden admin had made them eligible for Medicare coverage starting in 2026 but in April of this year the current administration nixed it, only to bring it back in November. Now we know why.

I must be the only person who didn’t think January lasted forever. I feel like it flew by and I didn’t make the most of it. Only nine months left.
If you’re American like me you might consider trying to make the first 10 months of 2024 the best they can be. Hug that friend, eat that hot fudge sundae, go on that coffee date. Because there’s a really good chance these will be the last ten months of life as we know it here.

Late last night we made the agonizing decision to let Logan go. He was 27. We had him for 20 of those years. Not nearly long enough. 💔
