After hours of troubleshooting, I tried my PS2 again and held down against the lid and it's just working now! I'll take it.
Very sad right now. My old PS2's laser can't read certain discs, so I'm unable to play Xenosaga Episode II & III.
Tried running the games off of the disc via an emulator, but my PC causes the games to stutter a lot.
...kind of at a standstill. I either need to get a new PS2 or upgrade my PC.

Xbox just had their third Developer Direct, and like previous years, this show was absolutely fantastic. Each game looks great and different from one another. Hearing from devs sold me on every game here.

I think there should be a law requiring him and only him to change his last name to reflect whichever company he's working with and right now, for the sake of journalistic integrity, I believe we and the press should all be referring to him by his upcoming name, "Doug Megatron."

The job search has been pretty brutal now. Still in consideration for two jobs, but there's VERY little to apply for right now.
The tech and games spaces feel particularly empty right now. Not sure what I'm gonna do if either of these job leads don't work out. :/

Living in Minnesota at a time when the state has seen so much tragedy over the last six years has just been exhausting. But in spite of that exhaustion and heartbreak, I and so many other Minnesotans are choosing to remain resilient and brave in the face of chaos from ICE and the Trump regime.
