I started using it back when it was on bioRxiv for mammalian cell membrane tomograms, I also see some differences from that version that made it even better. I find it simple to use and super useful for my PhD project.👩🏻💻

Just published! We share an open-source workflow to measure membrane thickness from tomograms, including a tutorial with 3D visualizations. We analyze thickness variations across organelles and reflect on where to define a membrane boundary. @becklab.bsky.social #teamtomo rupress.org/jcb/article/...

These are civilians who lost their houses and many got killed in the heart of the city. These are from my home town in Tehran. More than 800 innocents got killed till now!
