Give that space to the artists who MADE their assets. Owning Capital is not a creative skill, and it shouldn't be treated like one.
This also includes T-Shirt/Apparel companies who mass-produce art made by underpaid artists, who are only ever paid once for a shirt the company then profits on forever

Asha: Once you get to the command centre, hook me up and we can get to figuring this place out. Jann: Wait, you’re one of Dr Dawson’s colleagues, correct? Asha: “Colleagues”, yeah. Jann: Good to know we're in good company, we’ll need to do our best to not get caught in the weeds of this station’s history until you can get here. Diane: And be prepared for how settling this place is, it ain’t feel right.
