Administrative warrants are not judicial warrants. ICE shouldn't enter homes without court oversight. This is basic constitutional law. #NoWarrantNoICE

“There is a case right now concerning this, trying to get these documents,” Commissioner Mo Ivory said. “They're under seal right now. Judge McBurney has not lifted the seal for them to be taken.”

An extraordinary document. Read it.

“Attached to this order is an appendix that identifies 96 court orders that ICE has violated in 74 cases. … ICE has likely violated more court orders in January 2026 than some federal agencies have violated in their entire existence.”

Bellingcat has further analysed videos of the shooting of Alex Pretti by federal agents. The footage shows an agent wearing a black beanie step behind Pretti. His right arm then appears to recoil at the same time the first shot is heard.

Notably the record retention statute cited — 52 USC 20701 — only requires retention for 22 months.

How there could be probable cause five years later for any records pursuant to an investigation under that statute eludes me.

Susan Collins
Warren: "I know there are Republicans right now who are seeing what we're seeing in MN, and they know it's wrong. It's time to speak out. Silence is complicity. Grow a spine, show some backbone. Being 'disturbed' doesn't change anything and the ICE agents who are waving around loaded guns know it."

This undermines U.S. national security. Appeasing dictators never achieves long-term peace. It didn’t work in 1938. And it won't work now.

We need to turn up the pressure on Russia. History will not be forgiving to those who enable Putin’s war crimes.

Nor should it be.

Now Trump is pressuring Ukraine to cede territory to Russia to get U.S. security guarantees - land Putin failed to take in 4 years of war.

In 1938, Neville Chamberlain declared "peace for our time" after allowing Hitler to annex Sudetenland. In 1939, Hitler invaded Poland.

After 3 years working under Putin’s missiles and drones as our Ambassador to Ukraine, I resigned when Trump kept appeasing Putin.

The America I proudly served for 28 years does not bow to dictators. It’s not who we are.

But the Trump Admin keeps doing exactly that.

Violent settlers in the West Bank are burning Palestinian villages & beating residents with impunity.

These attacks have been met w/ silence from the Trump Admin & Netanyahu govt.

US taxpayers shouldn't be giving the Netanyahu govt an annual $3 billion blank check for weapons.
