Thank the heavens! Like many others, I truly don't do well without a decent amount of sunshine. I'm basically a complicated house plant.
As of today, Denver’s gained about 5 minutes of daylight since the winter solstice!

Denver’s gaining about 45 seconds of daylight a day, and that number is increasing rapidly. You’ll notice a difference over the next few weeks!

Wait, MTV is gone? I never thought I'd see the day. It influenced so many things, I am having trouble wrapping my head around this.

I have family that lived near this area, and I saw these kinds of viewpoints (Christian Nationalist) all the time. I'm glad there are people fighting it, but pretending this is new to the area is ridiculous.

2026 is about affordable homeownership. No more "policy" this year. Feed the local fauna, befriend them, and then use them to overpower homeowners so you can occupy their dwellings.

2025: the year when the first fault rupture was captured on video. Onshore, large, surface rupturing earthquakes are so rare, and to have a camera recording that close to the rupture and framed so well is potentially a once in a lifetime event.

I consider it a badge of honor that Colorado pisses him off so much 😆
As Americans' thoughts turned to friendships, family, and the year ahead on New Year's Eve, President Trump raged online against Colorado, telling the Governor to "rot in hell."

It would've even been clearer if Americans had taken just 90 minutes out of their day to skim through the two indictments that Smith levied against Trump. He even intentionally wrote them to be mass consumed by non-lawyers. It literally reads like a story. Sadly, such a tiny % of us did so.

I've been reading this for hours. It's satisfying in a way to see Smith tackle the nonsense so deftly. I couldn't stop rolling my eyes at the insistence that getting toll records violated the speech and debate clause. Also, Cannon needs to be removed from the bench.

He is sadistic. When his followers try to engage me, I just ask "how could you support someone who enjoys being cruel?" They try to defend him, but it always comes back to cruelty. I will never forgive the folks who voted for him.

It is not a misunderstanding, it's the removal of rights for a vulnerable population. This defense of her nonsense is a great example of why I can't take the Bulwark seriously.
I’ve seen a bunch of responses to the Draper profile of MTG complaining about her pushing ahead a bill that restricts gender-affirming care for minors. This is a misunderstanding of what she’s doing. www.thebulwark.com/p/why-marjor...

I went to a David Copperfield show for my birthday when I was a kid, and my dad said I could stand in line for an autograph. When I got up there, I got nervous when speaking to him. He got annoyed and grabbed the picture out of my hand, signed it, and then said "okay, you're done." 🫤
