A New York Times video analysis of an ICE agent’s fatal shooting of a woman in Minneapolis contradicts the Trump administration’s account. Watch our investigation here.

An analysis of footage from three camera angles shows that the motorist was driving away from — not toward — a federal officer when he opened fire.

Fully agree - always use alphanumeric password for border crossings.

However, this digital ID can’t be used for border crossings or international travel.

I agree. We should never hand over an unlocked device. However, this cannot be used for border crossings. It’s basically a “shortcut” for domestic air travel rather than having to present your passport.

Does this require handing an unlocked phone to law enforcement? My understanding is it’s using NFC.

Get out and vote! Every election, every time, no excuses.
If Dems win the Supreme Court races in Pennsylvania in 9 days, it’s extremely likely the GOP can’t get a majority on that court until 2029.

The GOP really wants to have this majority during the 2028 presidential race.

Can’t put the stakes any more clearly than that. boltsmag.org/pennsylvania...

In my opinion, the 2nd most important election this November (after CA Redistricting) is the trio of Pennsylvania State Supreme Court retention elections.

Many in PA are unaware, and we need to fix that.

All 3 Justices MUST be retained.
