Thanks. Separate from utilities there was a podcast with Steve Eisman interviewing an analyst at MoffitNathanson who commented there is more data center construction in private markets than public markets. How this debt financing gets sliced, diced and siphoned off will be interesting.

It’s not the VCs who are the really exposed parties (though they are)- it’s private credit markets and secondaries. By secondaries, I mean pensions. They’ve been buying this crap like it’s crack, and it’s going to $0.
