RFK Jr blames diet, lifestyle & vaccines for chronic illness.

Dr Oz says it’s a “patriotic duty” to lead a healthy life & be fit enough to serve in the military.

Neither of them are pushing for Universal Healthcare, basic income, an end to food deserts & inequality, clean water etc.

It’s eugenics

I’m trying to think of the reaction from the right and from Fox and from Israel supporters if I or another Muslim or a Palestinian or Biden had said what Trump’s envoy said today, about Hamas - “They’re actually guys like us, they’re pretty nice guys” - & about the US not being an “agent of Israel.”
U.S. "not an agent of Israel," envoy says amid objections to Hamas talks
It comes after top Israeli officials objected to the talks in a tense call.

Awful: Internal USAID memo instructs employees to refrain from talking to the media about cuts in assistance to the most vulnerable or they may get fired, WaPo reports.

Trumpworld knows this is a big political problem for them. Keep the focus on it.

Trump-Musk Scandal at USAID Takes Unnerving Turn With Vile Leaked Memo
Can Trump and his top advisers really just act with total impunity? Or is there, just maybe, a price to be paid for starving poor people and un-indicting a corrupt mayor?

⚠️ DOGE staffer Edward Coristine was fired for leaking info from a data-security firm. He later bragged he retained access to the firm’s system.

He was also on law enforcement radar for communicating in an online chat room with an alleged hacker under investigation.

I’m going to put my rich guy hat on and say I hope that Mexico and Canada issue equal, retaliatory tariffs and stick to them for an extended period.

I apologize to all the people it will cost money and the businesses it will hurt.

But it’s the only way for tariffs to be seen for what they are

Hillary Clinton did not follow federal rules on her email as Secretary of State and it was a huge media scandal

Donald Trump is violating a foundational aspect of the Constitution as part of an unprecedented assault on US democracy and the media can't be bothered to cover it with the same intensity

This is how Republican Congressmen are justifying all of this madness. “Points on a board.”
The culture here makes it possible.

After Jan 6th I privately confronted Mace for lying about my story bc she too was terrified in her office.

I said as another assault survivor you know how harmful what you did is. Why? She said “whatever you know it’s a game, just points on the board”

Uhh no???

This obsession is unhealthy. Our horizons are fine. Also social media, for most, is not a job. It is not school. It is socializing. And it’s fine to say “I don’t want to hang out with Nazis, homophobes, transphobes etc in my free time.”
Opinion - The problem with Bluesky: It won’t broaden our horizons: In the wake of Donald Trump’s election win, the social-media platform has enjoyed a surge of new users looking for an alternative to Elon Musk’s X. But will it be useful, if it just creates an echo chamber for the left?

Well this makes sense how Trump got half the vote. 🤔

Republicans love stupid people. Stay in school and get educated.
This is why reading is important. 50% of USians read so poorly that they are unable to perform simple tasks such as reading prescription drug labels. At least 45 million are functionally illiterate; 130 million more can't finish a children's book.

I'm old enough to remember when polio ripped through the globe and put my six-year-old friends into iron lungs.

We dutifully lined up at school to get polio shots (without the howling of governors or anti-vaxxers). And we eradicated polio.

Why has saving lives become political?
