Why exactly are we getting into battle-readiness positions near Venezuela? There is no geo-political reason for this. No case has been made that Venezuela is a state-sponsored source of narcotics or that military intervention is a solution, if so.
A U.S. aircraft carrier near Latin America has prompted Venezuela to place its entire military on high alert as speculation builds that the Trump administration intends to escalate its deadly counternarcotics campaign. https://wapo.st/43nOXaz

This is not the country we should be.
A family friend was telling us about what her husband shared about his experience in Broadview before he was deported back to Mexico. She's been sharing to friends and family because she's just in disbelief & horror what her husband told her. She wasn't able to talk to him until he was in Mexico.

The Bengals get even thinner on defense.
The Cowboys have traded for Bengals LB Logan Wilson.

Wilson is a centerpiece type of player, and one of the more dominant inside linebackers in the sport.

The Cowboys’ defense is going to need much more, though.
