I thought being "Innocent and Wrongfully Convicted," was what warranted a Presidential Pardon;

The D.O.D. saying that the military has to "Presume orders are lawful" and that telling them not to obey unlawful orders is seditious(they keep saying lawful ); is just a way to scare our soldiers into committing crimes against fellow citizens. It is their duty to disobey UNLAWFUL orders
